CATHY GOLDIN

BIG CITY AD AGENCY

Having spent over 18 years at some of the hottest NYC ad agencies (Chiat/Day, Gotham and Wells Rich Greene), Cathy traveled the world shooting national commercials and print ads. Cool things Cathy did:  launched a rebranding campaign to revitalize the image of Keri Lotion, oversaw the international coordination of brand marketing and tv/print advertising for both Lufthansa Airlines and Deutsche Bank, and helped Paul Newman raise $175 million for charity through a product line of packaged goods. Just to name a few…

SMALL TOWN MARKETING FIRM

After leaving NYC and heading south to Fair Haven, NJ, Cathy formed a local ad agency with her colleague from Wells Rich Greene. The agency focused on getting small and mid-sized businesses to the next level. One of the greatest successes was catapulting a small jewelry designer to a national brand and an acquisition by Disney! Cathy then merged with a marketing firm, bringing the agency more robust service offerings. The client roster grew as did the clients' bottom lines. It was an exciting ride. START-UP FOUNDER

As a co-founder of KidGooRoo.com, Cathy successfully created a children-centric marketplace that boasts the largest kids' activity database in the country. She was integral in obtaining more user-generated content than Yelp at a similar stage. Ultimately, she helped build an ecosystem that solves the parent problem of managing all after-school activities for their children from a single dashboard. Cathy did it all:  strategic planning, brand development, website design, email marketing, social media, event marketing, video creation, as well as trusted-endorsement marketing (ask her about that!).
